Human Rights Capacity Building Project "BENAA" related to he Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) organized a ceremony celebrating the 61st Anniversary of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights on December 10, 2009, at the American University in Cairo, Hall Iwate - Tahrir Square, at four PM. A group of UN representatives, international organizations and CSOs as well as the European Union, Arab and foreign embassies and financial institutions in Egypt attended this celebration.
